    This interactive session comes with an open invitation: Guests are encouraged to bring one “strange” or surprising pantry must-have from home—that ingredient you adore but others might raise an eyebrow at. Claire will discuss these curiosities, sharing pairing ideas, usage tips, and the stories behind some of her own treasured oddities.

  • Join us for a foodie social with DJ Strath on the decks playing some nostalgic 90's/early 00's tunes, a menu of nostalgic light bites and alcohol pairings. With flavours from both Australia and America celebrating Claire (Of Condiment Claire) and Cloe's (of Abuelo) favourite nostalgic childhood snacks! Expect some surprising and delicious throw backs and either hanging out with mates or meeting new people.
